Next Gen: Rarity/Pinkie Pie

I'm doing some art challenges on Tumblr for some useful art/pose/... everything... practice. I didn't think I'd get so into it but here I am!

Name: Rosetta Velvet Pie (Nicknames: Rosie, Rose, Cupcake)

Gender: Female

General appearance: Rosie is an earth pony and has a similar physique to Pinkie Pie, though she is a bit taller/slender due to her half-unicorn heritage. 

She has light pink fur, a soft burgundy-red mane and Rarity’s dark blue eyes (with Pinkie Pie’s eye shape & Rarity’s long eyelashes) – her fur and her mane/tail are very well kept and often styled, her mane/tail looks to have many shades of red because of this. 

Day-to-day she has accessories in her mane and tail, though unless it’s a special event she doesn’t wear noticeable amounts of makeup. 

She has a red velvet cupcake with cream cheese frosting as her cutie mark.

Personality: She’s a cheerful pony, she’s creative, vibrant and can always make you smile. She has a tendency to turn on the ham & histrionics like her mothers & as much as she’d like to be, she isn’t quite as energetic as they are, leading to a lot of exhaustion and burnout. Despite this she always puts her all into everything she does, even if that isn’t a lot and the result is that she’s a great friend, great baker and all around great pony! 

Positive Traits (+): Cheerful, Creative/Talented, Charming, Optimistic, Loyal, Friendly, Reliable. 

Negative Traits (-): Naive, Overworking, Anxious, Self-Critical, Over-Reactionary, Insecure.

Who they like better: She could never choose – she loves them both very much! Her parents often provide different things she wants/needs but both are equally important to her. 

Who they take after more: Rarity, she has a flair for the dramatics, a love for decoration & accessories, a keen eye for aesthetics and a razor sharp attention to detail! She makes her mama very proud!

Personal Headcanon: Always needs her stuffed bunny nearby when she’s baking. Flopsy is her assistant chef (he has a little chef’s hat and apron that Rarity made!) and keeps her calm as she’s baking.
